A Space held with Care
After years of learning, working, and caring for my family, I’m returning to the work closest to my heart: accompanying people through difficulty and change with presence, gentleness, and without judgment.

Having lived and worked in Switzerland (St. Gallen & Zürich), the U.S. (San Francisco) and Sweden (Gothenburg), I offer a down‑to‑earth blend of private‑practice CBT and MBSR‑informed mindfulness. My training in psychology, organizational psychology, and gender studies informs a culturally aware, gender‑sensitive approach—I pay attention to how culture, family, gender, and workplace dynamics shape well‑being.
This work grew from my own experience—questioning expectations around family and cultural roles, moving across continents to re‑establish home and career, and navigating periods without paid employment. Those periods taught me the value of gentleness and pause; I offer a safe, non‑performative space where you can be seen, heard, and supported in building sustainable change.
